My own journey began more than 15 years ago when I started in real estate as a Property Manager. Within my first 12 months, I had grown into a Senior Property Manager, leading an extensive portfolio and learning quickly that success in property management is never just about processes, it’s about people.

I learnt to adapt, grow, and problem-solve without ever compromising service. I understood early that the relationship between owner and tenant is the backbone of a thriving investment. That clear communication, fairness, and consistency create long-term value in an ever-changing market.

Soon after, I moved to a long-standing agency in Graceville, where I spent many years working across both rentals and sales. It was there that my team and I naturally came together. Today, Katharine, Terri, and Heather have each worked alongside me for more than a decade.
